Braveheart, this VRGN is damned complicate to analyze. Serie A,F,GH are either offered or on the table. Question is will they draw on it ? Good sign that the company got some favourable clauses into the prospectus, especially if the stock is under $2.5. They were schrewd enough to limit the speed of the conversion. I didn't have the time to look at all those S-3 and S-3A because I'm quite busy now. Anyway, seems that there's a sort of leverage effect. Once their drug-development efforts are honoured the company seems to be willing to pay back those convertibles. OTOH, it popped in the past. OTOH, new floorless will hit the pipeline. Definitely not a safe haven to invest at any rate.. best regards CROSSY
