The more interesting question is not who sold the blocks, but WHO BOUGHT THE BLOCKS?? With $3.50 per share in cash, and INFR's software for the Internet market likely to take off, I wouldn't be surprised by a takeover of INFR at north of $18 !!

This sure isn't good news. Could you explain something for me? When they convert the Class A shares to common is someone (insider or company) selling the shares?

Fortune Magazine, March 1 issue, page 204 discussion of customer service on the web...mentions Inference as recently having expanded its programs to function for e-commerce.
