Off Topic regarding floorless securities. Zeev, I see the floorless article talks about how these instruments "usually" result in a collapse of the stock price and massive dilution. The "usually" is a different story than what is told by a favorite stock tout of ours on a different thread, eh? Our friend would liken the risks of a floorless to the risk that you would face foreclosure on your mortgage. If our friend's readers buy that argument, they may just find out about the foreclosure process <VBG>.

Off Topic Zeev- I didn't realize that you were looking for credit, I thought this was all done in the spirit of public service <BG>. By the way, it is difficult to realize how debilitating these securities are to the price of a small cap untill you actually go through the process. I was wondering if there are any ways of controling the shorting contractually- but I concluded that this is very difficult, since what you may be able to prevent directly, can be circumvented through affiliates and other arrangements.
