IMO, I think we are seeing some allet allocation away from equities here. We are in the midst of a pullback and the breadth continues to be bad which is telling me people are not willing to reinvest.

The four-week moving average for mutual fund inflows is below $2 billion so you can see liquidity is starting to dry up which will continue to weigh on equities.

Therefore, I think we will continue to see pressure to the downside until some of the technicals improve.

Lots of churn, indecision, and lower volume ta boot????? A pivot point in the market of some sort? Or just more of the same?
