One of the things that many people don't get is how can so much overwhelming evidence, such as that presented in the OJ & Slick cases, be so flippantly disregarded? Justice in today's society is a bastard.

The few repubs who stood on principle deserve much respect and admiration because they are placing their asses on the line, something a clever politician would never do, such clever politicians are admired by all the cow-eyed masses. Sad!

Apparently Safire has not read Bill Bennett's book! Outrage is dead in this country, unless it involves racism.
The people and the polls should have almost zero influence on whether or not a president is removed from office on legal grounds. Yogi
