Low interest rates have been one of the main arguments for the bulls in justifying high price multiples in the market. Rising rates would therefore cause you to reassess prices. This breakout could be more significant, because it represents a break of almost a three year pattern. Rates could definitely be going higher. FNM would obviously be affected because so much of what they do is rate sensitive. I wouldn't go as far to say the bull market will be over. Watch how it all plays out over the next couple of weeks.

One more item I neglected to point out earlier. In regards to the internets. CNET, which was down $7.0 to $91.0 today. Posted pretty good earnings. Went from a loss to a gain catching most analysts by surprise. The stock in after hours trading was at $104. Could impact the sector tomorrow.
