Well, Sean considering it requires correct user name and password to log into the Account Management Center page -where account information is checked, I considered it sarcasm.

I'm fed up watching my credit card getting charged for a an "account not found". My current tactic is to sign up for their 30 day Free Trial and see if I can get an account working that route. If so I'll cancel the old account and go through my credit card company to put a charge-back on Quote.com for the billing on the inoperative/"not found" account.

Uptight? Just a little. The unexpected termination of service left me in a position where I was unable to monitor volatility of a momentum stock which wound up costing me $12,000+. Is it reasonable to have to cashier a trading account whenever your quote server fails?
