Word of caution...
I went through this last year with CHKE...They issues a $5.50 cash Dividend (Different then what SOWK is doing)...But there are some confusing rules & regs...
2 things you should be asking your broker...

*** Under NASD rule 11140b, Nasdaq pushes it out to the day after the payable date whenever the dividend represents 25% or more of the
security's value on the declaration date. The NYSE and AMEX exchanges have similar rules. They exist, apparently, to reduce
volatility from speculators trying to get something for nothing and to allow folks trading on margin to pocket the dividend before
the stock price falls, thus avoiding a margin call.

***In the case of QNET, the stock dividend was paid to stockholders of record on the Settlement date, not the date you actually purchase them...

Make sure you check with your broker...
Dave

Also, to the shorts...
You need to pay the div(3 additional shares) when you cover your short...so be CAREFULL ;)

Check this out everyone!
Something no on has even touched on!

On the product side, SoundWorks is going into immediate production on two new major releases. The first is a new audio CD, titled ''Michael Jordan: An Audio Tribute.'' Heard on this exclusive new product -- all in their own words -- are Michael, Mrs. Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, David Stern and other celebrities toasting the
basketball great.

An Audio tape of Michael Jordan! That in itself is a collector's item.
I don't believe there is another one on the market today.

Let's just use a hypothetical number of $5.00 on the tape after marketing, advertising, and all other expenses.

1st year the tape hits the market they sell 1 million copies. Well you do the math!

I am sure after the first million are sold, the rest is pure profit.
That is just one tape of Michael Jordan.

You will see that tape at every Sports Collector's show and shops through out the entire U.S.

No telling how many of these tapes will be ordered by these people alone.

What is the name of that Polish guy that has been selling his Polka music on TV for the past twenty years? He has got to be making a killing for him to advertise on TV for 20 years!

We must not forget about all of the Big Bands they are doing. I don't get out much any more, but I hear the SWING is back in a big way! I am sure there are a lot of people who are constantly looking to find a never released song of the Jimmy Dorsey Band.

Do bop, do bop, do bop, bop, do bop.
