Hehe, after Mhyrvold's statements yesterday, you gotta wonder if MSFT will be able to step on anybody's toes going into the future.... Of course, it still doesn't seem to have a net negative impact on them, YET.

Discounting earnings shortfall. At these levels, I believe the market has at least partially discounted an earnings warning for Apple. And the stock is not going to go anywhere until investors hear something to the contrary. When is that shareholder's meeting? Perhaps that will be the first time Apple sees fit to give us indication on the quarter's performance. Freerealtimequotes says the 52-week low is 22 1/2. That means we are now officially closer to our 52-week low than our high. Been awhile since we could say that! Andrew
