LOL It was just a matter of time. Free speech is a blessing that some use as a tool. They do not realize that freedom has limitations when it comes to defaming people and companies.

repost from Bull:
This from my conversation with the SEC this afternoon.
1) The trade halt is a 1 time mandatory 10 day halt which will expire tonight at 11:59pm
2) As far as the SEC is concerned there is no further restrictions. That is standard, they are not passing judgment on this or any company. They are just protecting the MMs.
3) The MMs have the ball in their court. If they feel comfortable with the information that the company provided in regards to the halt they will step up to the bid and ask
4) this rule falls under the 15c2-11 which states that certain information must be made available to the MMs before they can post a quote.
5) The SEC as of tonight are not involved in whether the company will trade again that is up to the MMs
6) The new quote will be established by the MMs if trading resumes.

That's all folks. In my opinion we should see USAT open in the AM but it depends on what info was missing and whether they were able to satisfy these MMs as to the companies validity.

Here is hoping
