Hail, Alaskan! Thank you for your reasoned and well-studied reply, as usual. Your posts here are like islands in a swamp of oozing filth, refreshing and realistic. I spoke with Joe some weeks ago, and in frustration, I asked him why we heard of no contracts being inked. He seemed more frustrated than me, but he didn't have much to say on the subject. When I asked about Souhern States Power, he got all proud and said "It's in a quiet period." Well, now we know why, sure wish BAAT had decided to spin off some of that stock, though. Anyways...this one is a keeper...not so much because I want to, but because I have to. Hopefully, by next year, things will be different. Cheers! Rick
