First off, insiders and those close to the inside own much more than 21%. My hope was that the would buy back and retire a huge amount of the shares as to minimize the reverse. I CARE.

As to the insider report data, is this based on the last filing?
As a large shareholder for some time now, I was not consulted on the last mass stock issues. Were you? It is my understanding that shareholder consent/vote is required. I still have the faith!!!
