I was given to understand that the MRDI scoping study qualified wsp in that respect.
Also that the tse listing was pretty much in the bag, up to RT's judgement more than anything. Mind you, you hear a lot of wild stuff on the phone, it's not genteel and filtered for accuracy like the thread here.
