What would be facinating re: financing is if they actually spun the
ADSL portion of the business off into a joint venture and basically had two companies: WSTL/Conf Plus and WSTL/ADSL, the latter involving some sort of partner eg) Fujitsu who provides synergies and leverage.

It just occurred to me reading steve's note that Conference Plus and ADSL are so damn distinct, why the heck are they part of the same company ? Especially given MZ's view that the Street is not giving WSTL credit or recognition for the contributions of Conference Plus.
