I find it hard to believe that they have reduced marketing costs. There toothpaste is still heavily discounted and if its not I have seen baskets of their stuff standing in supermarkets surrounded by discount coupons. Also, they seemed to be pretty saturating BBC America (TV) with their adverts. I don't know much about the other channels as this is pretty much the only one I watch except for movies and documentary channels.
