Jon, I believe they have on-line trading thru their wholly owned subsidiary "Action Direct". I don't use it, not that I think it is no good, just that I established an on-line account with greenline (micromax) many moons ago and am too lazy to move. I have both a $US and $C account with Greenline so I would think that RBC would offer the same with Action Direct(have to stay competitive). Should be no limitation for US citizens to trade, however am not 100% sure. BB accounts....probably not, but guessing again.
Commissions are probably cheap, at the very least competitive re $C.67/$US1.00 equivalency (Is that a word?).
There should be a "faq" section at the website to answer a lot of your questions.....good trading, Rick
