In today's WSJ, it just so happens, Walt Mossberg brings up our cable modem complaints in his column. Try: www.vitalsigns.com for a program that traces the cause of the log jam.

I have the same problem with my 56k modem, its just less obvious 'cause its so slow anyway. Also people on the @home board have also been complaining about SI access.
So guess who's at fault?
