It looks as though SUNW and AOL have a large interest in saying as little as possible until the end of the DOJ exercise (exorcism). We just need to get through the rest of M$'s nitwit list, remedy the whole thing with an order to M$ to publish their APIs, and/or change a few words in their contracts/agreements so as to decrease the exclusivity of the monopoly. I think it's a bad bet that an order such as that would be heard on appeal. I think it's a good bet that AOL and Sun will be pulling out all the stops with product announcements, about a half hour later. -JCJ
