Nord, you might want to change your name to "Saint Nord"!! Your ability to overlook, forgive, etc., with regard to continuous stream of inaccurate and misleading information put out by Spectrum is saintlike...

Just realize what happened here, on the last day of the quarter, in a desperate attempt to bill something that would bring revenues up to at least the same level they were at a year ago they tried to rush a shipment out at the end of the day. And, SURPRISE, they couldn't get the shipment picked up before the close of business. The very fact that making a flat quarter required them to ship something in the last two hours of the quarter speaks volumes for what is going on.

Then, when this bit of amateur behavior failed to make things look reasonable, they put out a press release saying that their misunderstanding of new accounting rules was the reason that they had such a shortfall... Give me a break!! They had the shortfall because they didn't have a lot of orders and they couldn't get the ones they did out until it was too late. That's the truth...
