Nice article. It highlights the disparity that exists between insider sentiment which is positive and unimpressive price action of the shares. Take IMCL for example, given the confidence of insiders and the apparently stellar results of C225 in Head and Neck trials, why is the stock languishing well below 52 wk high of $14?

I don't subscribe to efficient market hypothesis strong form, but the information available leads me to conclude higher stock price. My only answer is that I must have missed something. Either there is a competing drug nearby or C225 isn't all that it's built up to be. I can't find evidence to support either.
