Tony, I agree that we should focus on the future. But, it is important to understand why the share value is so depressed. New investors look at PARS and ask why is the price so low. The first instinct is to doubt the worth of the products and the pipeline. It has to be made clear that PARS valuation is an anomaly that resulted from the poor management decision in the past to float a floorless convertible. Then the case can be made that this is a thing of the past and the future is promising. I, for one, need a reasonable explanation when I see such a rediculous low valuation for a company. Seeing that the continuing effects of the floorless convertible have depressed the share value, allows me to view PARS as markedly undervalued. Now add to that the fact that the new CFO has found a very favorable way to finance the companies short-term cash needs and you have an intriguing scenario for an investor. PARS can be seen as the true value play that it is.

"This is probably about as much as needs to be said on this topic. We need to
start looking forward again and there is much in the pipeline: "

I agree with your post.
Seems like we have reached rock bottom prices.
And now we need to see the rate of growth of Alrex and Lotemax and how they project for the next year.

After six month on the market the future visibility get clearer.
And forward projection are better estimated.

Re: Omer's column on Globes

I know that many people on this thread followed Omer's comments on the tech duel over on Globes. It appears that Globes is seriously thinking of terminating tech duel. I think that e-mails from readers might help persuade them to continue the columns. If you are interested, send an e-mail to natasha@globes.co.il urging that they continue running the column.
