Makes me think somebody is interested!! and this is designed to require them to conduct thier interest thru the Board rather then thru a takeover

Pairgain did the same thing to put off obvious suitors itching to get a good bargain. And MENT at less than 4-5 times book for a SW co is a bargain. With the renewed profits, I think wise since the stock can make its way higher now.

For people interested in y2k earnings... a non event. For others hoping a quick takeout... they sold
