you did not ask for when the ipo will be, that is pure speculation you are correct. your question was: What is this anouncement your talking about and what's your source for it?? and the discussion about who the large multimedia conglomerate should come out the 17th or so. who is the big investor investing in net2phone, the part idtc will eventually spinoff. the 17th might be when we hear about the notes, and who the investor is. if you go back to the cc and what the company has released, all posted on the board you would can find why the date of the 17th. good luck.
