William, So you agree mutual fund managers manipulate the market? I was beginning to think that I was relatively alone in my views. CNBC ran a piece on the same subject yesterday. There was a rumor around Wall Street that certain large mutual funds "caused" the market correction by selling enormous positions and turning short. Hello?

Of course one of the Bozos said that just because they are one of the large mutual funds, doesn't mean that their buys or sells can sway the market one way or another. Yeah, right. The Magellen fund alone could move the market.

On Clinton, I totally agree that he is the consummate politician. And when he leaves the presidency, he will not retire. I have said many times, that I believe he wants to run more than just America and that he will take a position at the UN, probably in the IMF. As the politician between the IMF money, the World Bank money and the nations of the world that need help, I think this position will evolve into one more powerful than the U.S. presidency.

What Bill Clinton will NOT be doing in 2001. . .sipping margaritas by the beach after a morning round of golf.
