Great find Indelible-Well I bet you Dell will figure prominently come next year in China,for one thing if I am not mistaken they are the only foreign manufacturer to have a manufacturing plant in the country thereby giving Dell an advantage over CPQ,IBM and HP.I mean 17% is a lot of moolah when it comes to pricing which the others would have to pay,talk about price advantage.Also if we know Dell we also know they will excel in customer service than the others. The key factor is that Dell is establishing 'direct' relationship with their customers as opposed to a myriad of distributors and middlemen the other guys have to rely on.Dell's customers can call anytime they have a problem with their system,I am sure they can also go to the website and get help if there is a problem,the other guys' customers,well I don't know whom they have to call to get help as there are often too many middlemen involved etc etc.
