Micheal:

Thank you for your reply. But the float is meaningless for long term valuation. As you know the float to the share, you must also know the total shares. Is there a reason why you are not providing this info?

Also, their is a huge difference between the shares outstanding and the float. Can you provide a breakdown of restricted shares and when they become unrestricted.

It concerns me that we still have no response from you in this regard.
You have clearly read the posts and choose not to address this issue. If their is some reason not to disclose this, please share it and I will wait until the 1998 financials are released (This Month?) This is information shareholders are entitled to in a reputable company.

Greetings,

I really enjoyed the tour of the plant yesterday and the information you shared with us. It was indeed greater than my expectations. My wife and I discussed several of the applications and she is now very interested in the amounts of money that her company could possibly save. As I mentioned, she is in the steamship field and my two children are in the aviation field, so with me on the rails, we cover the transportation industry (except for trucking directly and we all have intermodal interests.)

I did indeed find you to be a rolling ball of energy and ingenuity (and a very candid and enjoyable conversationalist) ... and found our products (Machines and pallets) to be so far ahead of the field that I see a very bright future for us all.

Bob and I discussed some more applications on our way back to the airport and I'll be sending you information sometime during the next two weeks.

Your designs for the injection machines are simply amazing. I forgot to ask you if the multiple mold system is patented. The same for the use of the single feeder system. I think I covered every other aspect of patentability.

If everyone had the opportunity to come by and visit, I think the thread and attitudes would change significantly. Thanks for posting the "float" and I appreciate your position as concern the various legal actions (both planned and pending) which I feel will make our investment far more productive.

Thank you again for the tour and next time I'll bring my wife along to review the 'tracking' system for the pallets. Incidentally, I read (and reread several times) the info on the Euro standard pallet.

Thanks,

Hogger
