Thanks for the clarification. Pardon my ignorance, but what does one need to do to exercise the warrant? Is there a cost associated with that? thanks in advance.

Class A - Strike $1 - you get 1 common and 2 Class B warrants

Class B - Strike $2 - you get 1 common and 1 Class C warrant

Class C - Strike $5
