Yes, there's an important distinction to be made between what the charts are saying and what the analysts are saying. I was talking strictly about the Bull Count as a measure of what analysts are saying, which is a contrarian indicator. What the charts are saying would reflect what's actually happening and wouldn't serve as a contrarian indicator.
