Yes, Bellvue #2 should be able to reach 17,640 feet.

Hopefully, they intercept the Temblor higher than #1. That is, they come "upstructure", nearer the top of the anticline (dome). This would hopefully get them a few hundred feet deeper into the Temblor, with the same TD.
Drilling in the Temblor should be interesting, combatting those huge pressures. I have every confidence in the HT/HP guy onsite, as well as the added precautions being taken before penetrating the zone.
