Also I noticed some key changes (switches) in management recently between
the
business plan (BP) and the web site. Check out a Christopher J. Daily. He
was listed as VP
of Sales and Marketing in the Dec. BP. Below is the exact text of his bio:

"Mr. Daily has over 20 years of experience in the technology field, heavily
focused on the
personal computer industry. He started his career with Tandy Corporation and
went on to
found Software Distribution Services, Inc. (now Ingram Micro, the largest
distributor of computer
products in North America) Mr. Daily has served as VP of Marketing for
Software Plus. (now Ashton
Tate). He has also served a Senior VP of Packard Bell and President of
Emerson Technologies. Mr.
Daily has consulted to a number of computer companies including: Goldstar
Electronics, NEC, Wang
Labs, Digital Equipment, Coleco and CompuAdd."

Sounds like a little BS to me. If all this checks out.... does SFLK have a
contract/purchase order from
Ingram Micro or any of the above companies? Did SFLK disclose the
relationship?

I have a gut feeling this guy stinks.

Also checking out a Ted Feng he was listed in the BP and looks a bit
suspicious. Here a few bits from
his bio in the BP, he has a long bio.

"....He was the Marketing Manager at Wang Laboratories, Inc. He managed an
annual budget of 20mm.
After Wang Mr. Feng joined Pyramid Technology Corp. as an International
Marketing Manager, he
advanced to the position of Director for the 200mm business computer
manufacturer. Mr. Feng received
his BA and MA degrees from Instructional Technology Concordia University,
Montreal Canada in 1971."
