Hi Clyde, Great report.., Dude! Some of the reason for the restrictions on the oil, gasoline and diesel imports is the major effort in the northwestern part of the country to build pipelines and develop their natural reserves. "Stoned & Wasted" (Stone & Webster Engineers), HQ'd in New England, is involved it that effort. The outlawing of burning charcoal is a big helper to the increasing LPG demand also! but still waiting for 0.04 .... Dóóóó...n't think so. Too many of us want more to ever let it get down there. Glomming is happening between .10 and .11, volume glomming will occur at any price below .09 and several of us would start mortgaging property to buy at .07 or lower. JMO you'll need to raise your number considerable to get in on this jewel. Best of luck, George
