I just got a flash that CCUR has filed two 13-d with SEC
dated today.

Everytime I try to get to the URL it is kicked back.

Anyone out there able to to get it?

They are not getting much stock at 4 and below now. I think we will start slowly moving up now. They will continue to get stock all the way back to 5 as the traders take profits on stock bought the last two days and the weak hands that wished they had sold at 5 get out for fear of losing money.
