Just called the Company, this is just a 5 for 1 stock split....that's all it is....there will and I quote "5 times more shares outstanding tomorrow and theoretically the stock price should be 20% of what it is today".

They only called it a DIVIDEND to "make it easier for the transfer agent to do the transition".

You will hopefully be able to get and trade the extra 4 shares on Tuesday.

You guys didn't do your DD on this one.
