TO ALL:

Thought I might take this time to remind everyone some of what Mr. Skinner, Jr. presented us with in press release dated January 22nd.

"Negotiations are under way to provide WINR site its 1st Internet lottery that will undoubtedly be (a) first for the industry.".......... Well persuant to subsequent press release this has been accomplished and WINRs first internet lottery will be on-line with a March 1st target date and a 1 million dollar purse. I would call that delivery!

"A further market expansion will be unveiled in future weeks because many inquiries have been made to use the Winners Debit Card for on-line Cybermall shopping."........Again, I find it curious that shoppingdowntown (a cyberlink trust member) and the Proschk trust sites went "UNDER CONSTRUCTION" in exact coincidence with the change in logo on the WINR site. As with the TISS connections, delivery of Atlantic InterBet to the fold, and now the delivery of the first lottery (along with news of an additional gaming site), David has shown that if he makes a statement of this nature, he is the mailman.....HE DELIVERS!

"We always knew that the creation of the Winners Debit Card for processing would open doors for internet shopping. Internet gaming is only one of the potential market areas. We want to be flexible to shift direction since our processing system was developed with that in mind. We have other ideas that we feel will expand the Winner market in all areas of Internet commerce. That is our goal and focus that is shared by our partners at CyberLink Trust in Liechteinstein. CyberLink has provided us with the ability to operate throughout the world with immediate recognition and acceptance.".......Hmmmmm, more on E-commerce applications. My feelings on this were expressed in this post Message 7493197

Just thought it might be wise to step back a little at this point in time and take a look at what has been promised and what has been delivered. In my humble estimation, Mr. Skinner has made good on past promises in a timely fashion, and I see nothing at this point to make believe that he won't continue to deliver on such things as e-commerce, increased gaming entities, and Debit card issuance in a both a timely and structurally prudent manner!

Best Wishes,
Swedelo
