Larry, I think that comes under the strategic initiative "use existing channels to supply whatever your consumers needs", their customer base need books, they'll sell them books, they need vacations? eventually they'll sell them vacations as well (G).

With the Internet removing the middleman in many industries, I see no problem with diversifying in as many areas as possible. They need to find out where the best margins are going to be.
