Rosemary,

IIMO, that we, the little guys, do not and will not ever get up-to-date fund holdings information. It will always be old information and a moving target.

Regards,

MileHigh

Rosemary - I see you are struggling with the same problem - the lack of usefully recent data on institutional holdings. Even 12/31/98 is not useful, in my view, since the activities of Morgan Stanley since the Edlestone dowgrade and then re-upgrade, along with the company's "flat earnings" pronouncement - all late January - are key.

Clearly the institutions have not rushed in to buy, otherwise the stock would have rebounded. But I'd like to know if there has been net accumulation by the main institutional stalwarts - like Fidelity and MS - during this dip. Oh well!

Regards - Bernard

Hi Rosemary,
be very wary of data pertaining to institutional holdings. They are only obliged to report every months, and in that time, well anything could have happened
