Good earnings, solid company, and more good projects in the works from the movie group all lead me to think this could be one of my wisest investment decisions. Let's see if Homer and the crew on the TV side can tidy up their end and help make us all rich.

Feb. 11 (Bloomberg Data):

--Fox EntertainmentGroup Inc. (FOX US) was raised to 'buy' from 'outperform' by analyst Jill S. Krutick at Salomon Smith Barney. The 12-month target price is $30.00 per share.
[Note: Briefing.com, apparently incorrectly, shows this as an initial coverage of outperform, but also shows SSB with an initial coverage of outperform on 12/7/98. JAG Notes agrees with Bloomberg.]

--Fox EntertainmentGroup Inc (FOX US) was reiterated near-term 'buy' by analyst Jessica Reif Cohen at Merrill Lynch & Co. The 12 to 18 month target price is $35 per share. The long-term rating was also reiterated 'buy.'

--Fox Entertainment Group Inc. (FOX US) was reiterated 'buy' by analyst Raymond L. Katz at Bear, Stearns & Co.
