I called and talked to Mitch this morning. When I called he was in a meeting with the other two gentlemen who have been in Weather All for the past three years. Mitch took my call, which IMO should say something to everyone about his integrity. BTW, I was in a company last year that closed, which I called on different occasions, that either told me they didn't know anything (BIG LIE) or did not return my calls.

He said he offered to take John and Jim to see the plant, to meet the chemist, and to dispel the falsehoods that were posted yesterday. They are to meet him at 2 PM tomorrow. He told me that Earl took a call from an individual but there were some questions that he (Earl) did not have answers to. I don't see a problem with that. What I do have a problem with is when people fill in the blanks with erroneous information, post that information, and then create a panic. I believe when people want specifics they should go to the source. Mitch Adams (they even have a toll free number).

FWIW, I have never met Mitch personally, but I believe his is doing the best he can to make WAMC a successful company. I know he is also exploring other avenues to raise money to make it happen. JMHO. I wished I lived in Canada so I had the opportunity to visit with him and tour the facility. Unfortunately my wife and I have quite a bit of travel to deal with short term, but perhaps in the Spring we can fly up and chat with him.

Take Care,

Matt
