OT You got it! Black market makes more crime. DARE does indeed teach children to snitch on their parents, I can remember one "officer" saying "Now do any of your parents drink a beer while they are driving? I wont tell, and they wont get in trouble, I just want to know" And of course the "officers" who present the DARE program are always handsome/pretty, personable, believable. Sick sick sick when people are encouraged to report on each other: look at all the phone numbers for "Report your neighbor for watering at the wrong time" "Report your neighbor for a smoking car" etc etc etc. Sick.
