WebDrone Hoodoo Stock Prediction- the pattern be broken! You heard it here first: I predict the traditional MRVC pattern is broken. The reason of the breakup is that the pattern was SO obvious, everyone played to play it... so to speak. The old pattern was to run up on pre-earnings euphoria, company meets earnings, stock cratered, lil' investors left bewildered. This pattern is everyone anticipates a run-up as usual, timed with all time low investor euphoria. A week before earnings, lots of folks bail, hoping to rebuy shares after the "inevitable" cratering. This time, company will report a loss. Europe is tightening belt, which may eventually help MRVC, or hurt 3com/csco and mrvc. Asia still sucks. China scary. South America- Vewwy Scawwy. Pile on the R&D and sales expenses. Load up the inventory. SGA. My prediction in the face of all the bad: STOCK WILL RISE after earnings. So- I'm pledging that I'm sitting on my shares, right through earnings. Like always, like an idiot. But that's my bet. This time, I expect crappy financials, and the stock to rise.
