I just got off the phone with Mitch Adams. I will recount our conversation as best I can with my notes. Let me state first that he was, in my opinion forthright.

He stated that the plant is open and working. The phone is down due to an outstanding bill of $1,100.

There are full-time sales people.

There were minimal sales last month ($1,250).

Most importantly (imo) there is a contract to do work on RV's. RV's have leak problems and Mitch is hoping that this work expands.

Work to obtain an order for asphalt road sealant is continuing in Jamacia. The sealer was tested in Jamacia.

Mitch also mentioned other work/leads they are working on.

He is forthright that there are risks but he is optimistic about the future possibilities of the company.

Although he was friendly and took the time to speak with me I believe a lot of his time is spent on the phone with investors. He welcomes messages to him on his email at miadam@imb.net.

I hope I have accurately recounted our conversation.

Gary

P.S. He is working on financing with particular entities but the recent fall to .05 has complicated this.

I spoke with Mitch Adams earlier today. I wrote a summary of our conversation but it seems to have been eaten, I will try again.

Mr. Adams returned a call I placed to him. He was friendly and seemed very upfront w\r\t risks involved but he was positive concerning the company.

He stated:

The plant is operating

There were minimal sales last month

Full-time sales people are currently employed by the company

There is a current contract with a firm waterproofing RV's (RV's have leak problems). Mitch hopes that this work expands.

Work is continuing to secure an order from Jamacia where an asphalt sealer was tested.

Mitch invites comments and questions via e-mail at miadam@ibm.net
