Yes James, but the accusers of Bill Clinton don't have to follow the laws. They can be free wheeling because they, by their actions, are using every tool and methods and pleadings they can generate to move the votes against Clinton.

Those cowards are probably now doing this today behind the doors like a super secret "BLACK" program. They are cowards because they do this in there own good old boys club.

If they want to get this thing over with they could open their proceedings, and not use their total speaking times by making a simple statement of their view and intended vote and then passing to the next.

Those that voted to hold the proceedings secret are the politicians that I am referring too.
