Doesn't appear to me that FNTN is using DoubleClick or any other service. I base this on my experience that DC and other services normally try to set a cookie back to their URLs to track site visitors. FNTN site doesn't try to set a cookie to any service (or even to themselves, which I appreciate.) FNTN may have another way of verifying hits and visitors for advertisers, but it's not through DoubleClick or one of the other services. Unless, of course, they have a contract with a service which doesn't try to set cookies. Which IMO would be unusual.
