Since there is no logical explanation for the drop in share prices, I'm conjecturing about something conspiratorial. It is pure speculation on my part, but WIND is in a league with some of the biggest competitors in the business. And WIND has taken a rude upstart in-your-face attitude especially towards MSFT, embarrassing them publicly more than once. Wouldn't be possible for such a big and mean competitor to play games with WIND's stock, perhaps during a negotiation with an important potential employee.

Just speculation from someone with a 101 fever. We will probably never know what happened.
