A requirement to disclose a FORMER relationship? Disclose it WHERE? You're really grasping at straws. If there were a CURRENT relationship, and SFLK were to book revenues upon shipment of product to the supposed "affiliate" while that party actually holds the goods for sale on consignment, maybe then you'd have an accounting issue, similar to Coca-Cola's ongoing accounting controversy involving a "related party." Otherwise, I fail to see your point. Care to explain it coherently without trying to be cute? 'Cause it's not working.

The sneer in your tone would imply that there's something shady in your "revelation" that Softlink's products are distributed by Ingram Micro. On the contrary, it's not news, it's hardly negative, and I'm puzzled that you think it's unethical for someone to move to a new company and do business with their former employer.
