Looking at both volume and price movement, you would have to conclude that the shorts have had their run. There is not much money to be made on the short side from here. Even if we have a break even quarter coming up, my figures would indicate that fair value would be around $7.5 I personally would have to guess that IOM is going to surprise with earnings, but who knows what could happen from now to then. One thing is for sure and that is they are making $$$$$$! I can't go anywhere(in the business world that is)without seeing a Zip drive or disk. The storage market will only grow from here, and these are the reasons why: 1) Y2K problems popping up. 2) Internet growing by leaps and bounds. 3)Average computer users handling more and more data. 4)1.44 floppy drives are a joke(havent used mine in a year), Zip will be the new standard. IOM is in the best position to take full advantage of all of the above. There is a huge short position in this stock at present. This will take us back to our 52wk high in a hurry. When volume picks up, we will reverse course. Relax....

"New Zip OEM: Silicon Graphics"

Let me answer for Rocky (or whoever he is these days), he's so busy, we shouldn't let him waste his time.

"Big deal! Silicon Graphics will probably sell 4, maybe 5 computers this year. That'll add a LOT to the bottom line! I don't know of a single graphic design warehouse that will hire me which uses Silicon Graphics computers! Have you ever used a Silicon Graphics digital camera? Nope! I've never seen one, so they can't be any good! If all Iomega can do is announce these bit players in the computer market as OEM's, then I'll be laughing all the way to the bank when my short sale (which I picked up at 10-3/16, but didn't get a chance to tell you about) produces 100,000,000%!!! profit!"

Plagarizingly yours,

Cameron
