sw, NMGC - float 17M, p/e 12, 9 mos '98 sales +100%, income +76% Earnings due 2/18, street expects .34 eps, whisper is .37, and I've heard rumors of up to .42; last quarter was .33 The company makes multimedia chips for notebooks and has a 55% market share This stock, although on a down trend, has a history of moving on good earnings and I expect the same here. Great buying op right now in $14's; I'm looking for $17's or better next week. Short interest had grown of late due to big rise in Nov. & Dec.; I think they'll start covering soon. Maybe a candidate for the index?
