Minnow: Where do you get your info on I* phone status? I believe that I* will drag G* down, but only because most 'street' people are lazy and go with the crowd rather than do their own work. (espically with smaller stocks) As soon as G* starts service the tie to I* will stop and G* will do better. My reading of the share price increase shows a smaller and smaller gain from mobile phones as time goes on. Network build out and teaming between service providers is closing the gap fast in the developed areas. I think that the fixed station will be a bigger and bigger contributor if the political hurdles can be overcome. Much cheaper to build out infrastructure in the developing world by placing a G* terminal than to run wire. If all goes according to plan, I'm here until 2002. Jeff Vayda
