Sarge, did you mean it shouldn't be treated as just another generic OS stock? FGI is not part of the OSX.

The only thing that bugs me about the FGI CC is the share buyback comments. If FGI mgt considers that cash is better used for future acquisitions than for buying back FGI shares, that does not bode well for management expectations for share price appreciation.
