You are almost right. Astoria now owns 4,089,900 shares of CCUR. You are looking at the 13d and 13d/a. If you look at the 13g, you will see that since late 1998, Astoria has bought another 110,000 shares or so. I would rule them out as having any major impact on the stock over the last few weeks, but I don't think we have seen the last of the amended filings yet.

wonder if they have done anything since??? what are the time frames for filing? they could have some more in the bag, waiting for the filing deadline? maybe!
